How does the 200-night trial work?
We want you to be sure about your sleep. You can test our mattress in your own home for up to 200 nights; if you don't love it, we will collect it for free and give you a full refund.
What is the expected delivery timeframe?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do I need to flip my Simba mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with specific layers that should stay in a particular order. However, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees once a month for the first three months to ensure even wear.
Does Simba offer a warranty?
Yes, every Simba mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal domestic use.
How is the mattress packaged for shipping?
We use advanced compression technology to roll your mattress into a compact box. This makes it easier to move through narrow hallways and stairs before unboxing.
Can I use my Simba mattress on any bed base?
Our mattresses work on most standard bases, including divans, solid slats, and platform beds. For slatted bases, ensure the gaps between slats are no wider than 3 inches for optimal support.
